Job Title: Part-time Server

Job Description: The Golden Gate Restaurant, a Chinese restaurant located in Waukesha, is seeking a friendly and energetic part-time server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests during lunch or dinner shifts. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist them with menu recommendations
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
Answer guest questions about the menu and restaurant
Ensure that guests have a pleasant and comfortable dining experience
Handle guest complaints or issues with tact and professionalism
Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server preferred, but not required
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must be available to work lunch or dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays
